  I had great hopes for this hotel, but all the hopes were dashed. The clientele here behaves very inappropriately. There are signs all over about no smoking on the property. I'm surprised I didn't get a contact high. All I could smell. Was people smoking weedI had great hopes for this hotel, but all the hopes were dashed. The clientele here behaves very inappropriately. Was people smoking weed right outside the front door on the balconies, By the pool area it was disgusting. As if that was not enough, there was a pretty good rainstorm all night, and I'm on the 3rd floor which is the top floor at this hotel and I was woken up during the night with a very loud dripping sound. I noticed an area in the ceiling, which was stained, which had probably leaked before this time, water was actually coming in. I reported this the very next morning to the person at the front desk. I was told someone would contact me that afternoon To relocate me and I haven't a word since, it's supposed to rain tomorrow, which is Tuesday. I'm glad i'm leaving because I'd have to get out a boat and row away. Many other guests were loud and boisterous right in front of the front desk. Signs are posted to not be roaming around anywhere around the front desk without a shirt or shoes, people were coming out of the pool in their suits. No cover-ups, no shoes on, no sandals getting water all over the floor. Slip hazards galore. And if that was not enough, I was verbally assaulted and yelled at and told I was photographed taking a picture of these people's car when I was simply taking a picture of the back end of my rental car, nowhere in sight of another car, I felt unsafe.   Okayyyy let me start off here FARRIS IS AMAZING 😍 OMG so i was gonna book at days inn across the street but then I'm like let me go check best wetsner out because breakfast and pool wait and a hotubbb okayy so I did and he was so nice hes a good business man honestlyyyy 5 starts to farris he DESERVES A RASIE PEOPLE made me my own package care bag such as soap and tooth brush I needed Anwyays I love it here breakfast A1 I LOVE THE STORE lol can go anytime 2 a.m snacks yup need those Anwyays I love it here

  Stayed here for two nights. The first night on a Friday my sister and her friend who are both over 25 were informed they had a curfew and needed to be in their room not in the lobby taking photos. The security guard told them they were being too loud taking photos, they were quiet but apparently had no business being in community space. The guard proceeded to follow them and my two teen children to their room. He made them extremely uncomfortable. This same guard stood outside their door patrolling the hotel. He followed them as they left the room again to go to the store in a late night snack run, then followed them back to their room when they came back. When they returned they were so creeped out they came to my room and he was still watching them. I had to watch them walk back to their room because he made them so uncomfortable. He then proceeded to knock on their door to tell them it was time for bed. They called me and I spoke to him in the hallway while he told me teens need to know the rules. Again my sister and her friend are over 25. This entire time a couple across from me were arguing, and kids were running up and down the hall. There were also a group of drunk people harassing my sister and her friend when they were in the lobby. Nothing was said to the drunk guest but my sister and her crew were followed the entire night until the security guard was off duty at 3am. The worst experience ever!!!

  I have been at a lot of Best Westerns. This is by far the best. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. It was always filled and fresh. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. When I asked for extra coffee in the morning, I got it within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!
