  Overall, this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Traverse City. We decided to take a last-minute trip, booked a room, and were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, from the manager and assistant manager to the rest of the team. Their hospitality truly stood out and made us feel right at home. One of the biggest perks was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the festival, which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Traverse City.

  We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. One of our favorite touches was the delicious cookies served every day at 6 p.m. It made our stay feel even more welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

  Wake up call for 5am flight did not come . Alarm in room did not work. No shuttle to early flight. Tiny room but clean.

  Amazing! Professionally maintained, courteous friendly staff, everything is spotless including windows, walls, everything works. Perfect!

  This hotel was great! Not only was the customer service on par, they gave us all the dog friendly info for around town. We had a very restful stay and the pups enjoyed having a bed all to themselves!
