  This has been the worse stay of my life. They allow fisherman to fill up their coolers at 4am in the hallways. One after another loading up massive coolers that take forever to fill up and are loud!!! Using garbage bins from their rooms and tossing bucket after bucket after bucket into a cooler. And takes for ever. Is the front desk doing anything about the insanely loud noise? Nope!! Went to complain to the front and ask for my money back because it been days with no sleep. Was told I couldn’t get any of my money back because I booked through Priceline. What an absolute joke.

  I stayed over the fourth of July as we do every year the hotel is on a constant decline it appears so hot inside and one elevator had to keep calling for towels the hot water was low every morning I called to see if they would even comp a stay in our future trips we our in Ludington so often nothing absolutely nothing or even a response just sad because It was my go-to hotel never disappointed this year it was much different unfortunately
