  Google Review Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Check-in was slow and there was very little communication. We were given no information about breakfast, the pool, or other amenities. When we reached our first room, we discovered that the floor in the kitchen/living area was severely sagging several inches, creaked and actually moved under our feet. It felt unsafe, so we requested another room. The front desk did not answer the phone, so we had to go back downstairs. The second room was shockingly dirty. There were crumbs and food in the stove, dust and debris on virtually every surface and along the floors and baseboards, bugs on the window seals, an actual hole in one wall, and a cracked lampshade. The bathroom had hair on the shower walls and around the sink. We had booked for two adults and a teenager, but the pull-out sofa was full of crumbs and debris and had no bedding. We again had to go downstairs. When we mentioned how dirty the sofa was, the employee came up after 11 p.m. with a vacuum, apparently intending to clean it at that point. It was a bizarre solution to a housekeeping problem that should never have existed. We arrived shortly after 10 p.m., and by the time we had changed rooms and discovered all of these problems, it was after 11. We were exhausted and did not want to reload the entire car and find another hotel. Otherwise, we would have left. We were so disappointed that we skipped breakfast in the morning and simply wanted to leave. This was far below the standard I expect from Best Western. The safety issue with the floor and the extremely poor housekeeping were especially concerning.

  Honestly was a decent place to “hang your hat” as far as the rooms, the bathroom was a bit dirty but they were very fast to take care of it while we were gone. Unfortunately the pool closed the next day out of our two night stay and maintenance took forever to the point where when they finished we had to check out. Really wish it was maintained a bit better before I consider coming again.

  we had a great experience. the customer service was wonderful - they helped us a lot checking in even with our language barier.

  Nice room. Good breakfast. Fun pool and hotter. Perfect spot to stay with kids on a short get away.

  We made a reservation for a meeting room, for 2 days, 2 months prior. Meeting room waa to be set-up classroom style to train 27 people on heavy equipment we were bringing in, water/coffee to be provided, along with reserving two guest rooms for 1 night. When we arrived, there were no tables set up, then the 3 tables brought in were all unstable, guests rooms were not ready, then when they were ready, beds were made with dirty/stained bed coverings. The front desk said they knew nothing about coffee/water station. I would never recommend a professional business to use their facilities. It was quite embarrassing having our clients see the set up, as well as, we were worried about safety issues of these tables holding 5- 40lb units per tables.
