  The ginger dude in there is very lazy and doesn’t do his job very well I think he needs to be pushed harder to actually work like the rest of us

  just spent 3 days here with my family we left early. all the dust I've seen around that place smell of mold around the fridges in the rooms the fact that the pull-out beds are broke and they still expect you to sleep on them the Big Boss cleaning lady is quite rude to kids she don't think they're listening management needs to do a better job at maintaining her workers and having them treat us and kids with respect mark my words I will not be going back there again and I'm spreading the word on to everyone else I feel bad for the kids and some of the people that are still there wish I had nicer things to say other than the breakfast was incredible I also heard that they work with people's needs to try helping them better I didn't see any of that people being ignored and kids being treated badly the pool room was outrageously hot and there is no way to open up the back doors hopefully things will change for the better I know people that are going to be looking and to stay in there in the next few weeks and they'll keep me posted cuz I'll go higher up if nothing changes so so disappointed⁦. Need better cleaning staff in my opinion one that isn't so rude. Holes in the ceiling. Better management may be a better option too if nothing changes never again. When my family checks in soon there we will see how they are treated and what goes on Because of this their should be a discount giving to those that are still there with kids or in any if the rooms that the beds are following apart.

  The room stunk like feet. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the ladies behind the desk. They KNEW and put customers in the room anyway. At breakfast the yogurt machine was inoperable and both coffee machines were bad (IMO)- one brewed watery coffee the other was supposed to brew a cappuccino but brewed a chocolaty coffee instead (?)

  Eric and Kaye were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to help us navigate a complex situation with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. Their level of service is truly rare these days, and it made a stressful time so much easier to manage. We’re so grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again because of them.

  sara was incredibly helpful : -) she went out of her way to always help- even vacuumed / cleaned our room when nobody else could. Does her job plus more. Will definitely be back just to see her & Eric !!
