  I stayed at the Best Western Airport Hotel from August 18th to the 19th in the room 107, and my experience was unacceptable. After getting into bed, I noticed dark stains showing through the fitted sheet. When I removed it, I discovered the mattress itself had multiple visible blood stains. A clean sheet does not make a contaminated mattress acceptable. A mattress in that condition should be removed from service, not simply covered and rented out. Beyond how disturbing this was, it raises serious concerns about sanitation standards. The room also had other maintenance issues, including a broken shower neck that couldn’t be properly directed and peeling wallpaper in multiple spots, which made the room feel neglected. I had trash still in the trash basket from the previous renter. I documented everything with photos and reported it to the hotel. I also filed a formal complaint with Best Western, but the hotel refused to offer any meaningful resolution. Corporate customer service said that because this is a franchise, they wouldn’t intervene. What disappoints me most is not just the condition of the room, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Based on both the sanitation concern and how my complaint was handled, I cannot recommend this property. Front desk service wasn't good from the moment I entered the hotel. That hits the sanitation angle hard, without making any medical claims.

  We check in and went to a party. We got home around 1am. My wife found a roach crawling on the bed and candy wrappers behind the nightstand. Worst experience ever. We threw our food out and picked up all of our clothes and sat them up high. Unfortunately we stayed the night because we drove here from another state. Terrible!!!!!! The desk clerk asked if we wanted another room. No we want a refund

  Apart from the pool being a little chilly, the room was wonderful. Breakfast was well done, and the hotel staff was courteous and prompt. Definitely stay again.

  This was the worst experience for me and my family. They over charged me, my tv did not work for two days and I mentioned to the staff. On the third day they finally fixed it. The food was horrible. Stains on the wash cloths my sister told staff to throw the nasty wash cloths away. Customer service horrible. I would not recommend Best Western. Oh I didn't get my deposit back. But they did accomodate my bill by few dollars nothing to be satisfied with

  The breakfast was the probably the lowest end of breakfast for being a best western plus. No fruit, oatmeal, waffles/pancakes option. The eggs were not middle quality for this hotel brand. The staff were friendly and helpful. The AC unit was not the quietest
