  Crystal (front desk) was absolutely amazing! I made mistakes in booking my room for the week and ended up booking a handicap room for the stay ( completely my fault for not reading the complete description before booking. I felt extremely guilty and was going to address it on site). Crystal, exercising due diligence and compassion, asked if I needed a handicap room. She was extremely understanding of the error and quickly resolved the issue that had been bothering me for over a week prior to my arrival. Her smile during making the alteration was genuine and contagious. She is a prime example of customer service and flawless in her professionalism and delivery. A great representative and asset for the Best Western brand. Hands down, I will stay at this location every time I visit Dundalk. If upper management is reading this, I would hope that she will be considered for a future trainer or leadership role. And to be completely transparent, this is the first time that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting this role model contributer of the Best Western brand. -Josh P.

  Came for the Baltimore comedy factory and was early so my husband and I went to the downstairs restaurant. The food was great and the employees in the restaurant were so welcoming even when dealing with a rude group of people, only complaint would be the carpet. I've never ate in a restaurant with carpet and the fact there was an extremely rude group eating next to us being loud and demanding to the employees. We will definitely be back for drinks and food next time we're in the area.

  Convenient by car to Johns Hopkins Hospital Bayview Campus. A noticeable discount is given to people who are patients at Johns Hopkins, and the room prices were already highly competitive. The discount didn't seem to be advertised on the Web-site. The front desk staff was very helpful, offering me a wheelchair and to have staff assist with luggage. I cannot give them enough praise, and my pain meds have worn off. 🤣 They truly earned that praise. The facility is modern and our room was in great condition. This property has restaurant attached. As is common for BW, they have a breakfast buffet. This one is far above average. The eggs were real, instead of what comes in a bag as many hotels prrovide these days. Plenty of fruit options. One issue is housekeeping may want to step up their game a bit when it comes to bathroom items. We noticed a prior guest had used the hand lotion and left the bottle. We realize these are often unused, and not noticing that is understandable, but still . . . The property has a mascot, a cute little cat named Bestie. She is very friendly and had been feral before she decided the folks at this Best Western were good people. This location enhances the brand's reputation.

  Used the hotel for a government detail. Set up my command center in one of the conference rooms. Was there for 3 weeks. I checked out today. Tamara and Reveena are amazing the company should give them both bonuses. Both provided great customer service and hospitality. On site restaurant was a good spot for breakfast and dinner. I wished they had lunch. But plenty of eateries in the area. Location is excellent. I’ll be conducting this work 2-3 times per year and will definitely use this property for all of my future details.

  Avoid at all cost, significant rodent / mouse infestation! 1. I was originally assigned to a room on the 10th floor, when in the room I found a mouse walking around. It was too late to change hotels so I asked for a new room, they said ok, come down. They then immediately called back and offered to bring my new key to me, I declined and went to the lobby to get my key. 2. In the morning I found in the lobby a cat sitting on a guest chair and food / water bowl nearby. I love cats but it was clear the cat was placed there as a deterrent for the rodents. 3. On check out something really concerning happened, I let the agent know there was a mouse in my first room to ensure this had been noted, and a gentleman standing next to me heard me and said he was on the 11th floor and there was a mouse in his room - and further his colleague was on the 11th floor and found the same. This led me to understand how serious this issue is. I would suggest you avoid this hotel at all cost due to this.
