  I stay at this hotel with some frequency. But this last time, and the time prior, I was made very uneasy. A man who was basically living in the lobby, I think he had a car in the parking lot, but he definitely was not a guest. He followed me several times outside asking if I had extra cigarettes.... I pay a lot of money to stay at that hotel, if he was actually a guest one would think he could afford his own cigarettes. But both in April and June he was there constantly. I told the gal at the front desk about my experience, her response was "I don't know who you're talking about" and I said, he's sitting right behind me LOL so I won't be staying there again.

  Front desk guy was super helpful. Was my first time booking and I will def look to best western again! Room was clean no problems at all. Brackfast in the morning too!

  I hate having to use bar soap and thats all they had. Clean sheets, acceptable towels, comfy bed and pillows. Pool seemed nice and recently renovated but I only stayed a few hours.

  If you have trouble ask for Lisa. She’s the GM. Stay away from a crazy manager named Rose. Lisa says she can’t touch her because she was hired before she came on board.
