  Love the experience they have any thing you want fitness centre pool breakfast Friday 6:00 to 9:00PM and coffee and tea located in the lobby very clean hotel there’s a little mini fridge at the breakfast area white milk, reduced fat, chocolate, milk, reduced fat

  Went down to the south shore for a family wedding. Got two rooms for two nights. Rooms were generally adequate—clean, beds comfy, facilities maintained. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel (likely due to the high humidity), which was also present in one of the two rooms. Breakfast was fine, location was fine for what we needed. I would not call it a nice place, but it served its purpose. It was not a dump. But if you want Four Seasons, you’ve got to pay for it.

  The pool was inaccessible during our stay, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff also left much to be desired. The staff was unpleasant and came across as rude. When you’re paying for a service, I believe a little courtesy, kindness, and respect should come with it. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and welcoming, so I appreciated that. However, the hotel could definitely improve when it comes to the breakfast staff and overall guest experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I’m not sure I would recommend this place.

  I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at this hotel. On the evening of July 17, 2026, my two children and I checked into Room 305. Less than 30 minutes later, the hotel was evacuated due to a structural fire. Our room was located directly above the area where the fire occurred. After waiting outside for nearly two hours, we were allowed back into the building. When we returned to our room, it had a heavy smoke odor and visible smoke residue, making it unsafe and unsuitable to occupy. I immediately went to the front desk and explained the situation. The only option presented to me was another room, with the warning that it could not be guaranteed to be dry because the sprinkler system had been activated. No one offered to relocate my family to another hotel or assist us in finding alternative accommodations, despite the circumstances and the late hour. The replacement room was also unacceptable. It had a strong mold and mildew odor, and the carpet and bedding were damp. With two children and nowhere else to go close to midnight, we felt we had no choice but to stay until morning. What was even more disappointing was what happened afterward. When I contacted Expedia and Best Western to request a refund, I was told the hotel claimed that I had been given multiple options. That is simply not what happened. The only choice presented to me was to leave the property late at night with my children or accept another room that the hotel itself could not guarantee was in suitable condition. When I later spoke directly with the employee who assisted me that evening, she could not confirm that any alternative accommodations had ever been offered. She struggled to answer basic questions about our interaction, repeatedly placed me on hold, and ultimately disconnected the call. A fire is an unfortunate event that can happen anywhere, and I understand that. My disappointment is not with the emergency itself but with how my family was treated afterward. I expected honesty, accountability, and reasonable assistance. Instead, I was left feeling that the hotel prioritized avoiding responsibility over taking care of its guests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying at this property.
