  Old hotel. I only chose it because the World Cup was going on and I couldn’t get anything closer to Logan. I’ll do in a pinch. Reception was very nice at 11:00 pm when I arrived.

  Raj discounted our stay $200 because he didn’t think it was fair to charge us World Cup prices. RAJ was amazing— he may need to do a little customer service training with the front desk woman— but other than that, a great, clean, nice stay for a wedding guest.

  This hotel on wood rd., braintree Ma IS NOT WALKABE. I stayed on a rainy wknd. There are no sidewalks to walk to AMC movie theater or Mall. I walked until I realized all the turns on the busy Hwy to the movie theater and mall have no sidewalks. This is not a walkable Hotel.

  The experience I had with the front desk staff on 5/15/26 was deeply upsetting and professionally out of line. I want to note that I had a room two weeks prior (5/3/26) with my husband for an overnight date night and have stayed at this hotel many other times so very familiar with this location. I arrived with my two sons to check into room after a power outage at our home. The staff member at the desk was extremely rude and used an intimidating tone, loudly repeating that it was illegal to provide rooms for teenagers to party and the hotel will call police if this takes place. Continued making statements that he has my debit card on file, giving him control over what happens in this hotel. He further interrogated me about my sons’ identities and ages, claiming that they “don’t look like” me or each other. My sons, who are 15 and 16, were adopted, and being questioned in this manner was both humiliating and discriminatory. I had already prepaid for the room and felt forced to proceed with the stay despite being ridiculed in front of other guests. This was a stressful emergency situation made worse by personal judgment and hostility from your staff. My family and I will never use Best Western again nor recommend to anyone else.
