  Made an error when booking the hotel with the travel dates, made a separate reservation with the correct dates. Hotel refused to cancel original reservation. Also I'm told they have a severe bed bug infestation. Save your money

  My very 1st complaint was the fact i couldn't get a hold of the hotel prior to arriving to inform them that we were behind schedule. Hotel room was clean, bed was harder than i'd like. Nor my husband nor I slept well. Something that bothered me the most was the fact they have the coffee pot on the restroom counter in the Restroom. I dont know about yall but i dont want to use a poop particle infested coffee pot. Breakfast selection was ok. I just grabbed a banana and coffee. My husband had OJ and his second glass was watered. The good was that they had 24hour service if needed. Everyone we encountered were all friendly. Overall not a horrible experience.

  I'm giving the best western three stars cause I didn't get crabs or bedbugs. Polyester sheets aren't my fav. Photo is worth a thousand words. Here's one of the hall carpet... The free breakfast is to be missed as it is worth every penny

  The hotel advertises an EV Charger but it does not work. It overheats and cuts off even at low amperage setting. Staff person said people had been complaining it did not work for a couple of months now. Just a word of warning, don’t come here low and expect a charge.

  The room was quiet and clean and the employees were all nice. Breakfast was not the best with dried out sausages. I ate a biscuit which I weirdly enjoy best western biscuits. The area with the casino and pool hall feels sketchy but it ended up fine.
