I’d like to speak with upper management regarding a serious issue with my recent stay. I paid hard-earned money for this room expecting a working TV, but the unit had a visible line down the middle and I could not hear the volume properly, which indicates it was not functioning as it should.
When I contacted the front desk and clearly explained the problem, I did not receive the kind of effort you would expect from trained staff to correct the situation. There was no attempt to resolve the TV issue promptly, no troubleshooting, and no meaningful attempt to make me a satisfied customer—such as arranging another room, offering an upgrade, or otherwise addressing the concern immediately. Instead, I was essentially told I “must deal with it,” as if I had no options. Respectfully, I do have a choice, and my voice matters when I’m not getting what I paid for.
I’m requesting clarity from upper management on how your front desk team is trained. Is the expectation truly that customers should accept defective amenities without active assistance? If so, that would explain why the experience felt dismissive rather than customer-focused.
Because I did not feel I received my money’s worth and the issue was not handled appropriately, I left a low rating. I hope this message leads to a real review of training, accountability, and customer service standards—so future guests receive the support they deserve. Please let me know what you can do to address this properly and what steps will be taken to prevent similar situations. Room 201, June 12,2026

Room was not great, dirty, faucet was falling off the wall, water barley came out and toilet seat was broken. Beds were not very comfortable.
Breakfast was alright. Good selection but was not ready when it was suppose to be Sunday which stink for us.

The amount of hair in that room when we checked in was insane! From the bathroom to the sheets. Shower curtain had holes. Floors looked like they had not been cleaned. Mirror has smudged all over. Carpet stains. I’ve read past reviews with the same issues and the hotel manager always says the same thing on how it will be fixed moving forward. Nothing ever gets fixed. Not worth what you pay!

Our room was disgusting. I had to clean the dust and grime off of all surfaces. Something splattered all over mirror, something spit on the valance over window, chair is black from dirt, someone's old toothpaste tube stuck to bottom of toilet surrounded by urine stains, tub spout coming out of wall. Will not let anyone walk on carpet its so filthy. Nothing on website about pool not being open. Furniture in lobby is just as dirty so figured rest of rooms were this bad.
Door handle literally fell off. Curtains dont close. I got cornered by 4 people because other kids were ding dong ditching. On the bright side, the hotel is right next to a Walmart supercenter. I forgot to mention that the pool is closed until June in Louisiana.
