  I’ve tried to contact the manager twice for being charged twice for a hotel or hotel room I never stayed in!!!! So I have two confirmation numbers. I have been calling to talk to Sid all day but now I’m writing this review because I waited for an email back to me. He said he would email back after our conversation. I tried explaining the party we booked thru wont refund us till the manager sends proof that we never checked in or stayed for both reservations that’s were charged because we got charged for the wrong best western near the airport and it not only charged us once, but twice!!! And we never stayed here. Two charges and we never even stayed the night. The manager is never there and the one time we do get in contact with the manager Sid He doesn’t seem to care on the phone and did not do what he promised to do. So now I am not happy with the services of this hotel and the actions of this manager. I’ll now have to ask my bank to refund the money and have to get entire new card. This hotel completely wasting my time I’m done booking with best western, there is always a problem

  Save your money and stay somewhere else. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. They charged me an early check-in fee even though my room was already cleaned and available. Instead of treating guests with courtesy, it felt like they were more interested in collecting extra fees. The room itself wasn’t impressive, and the water pressure was so low that taking a shower was frustrating. Customer service was unprofessional, and the overall experience left a bad impression. I would give this hotel a 0/10 and would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better hotels that appreciate their guests instead of looking for every opportunity to charge extra.

  the room was nice but the blankets was to thin the pool wasn’t clean the hot tub was so dirty and it wasn’t hot
