  I arranged my reservation via hotels.com but the Best Western itself refused to honor the reservation price in spite of numerous representations to the contrary. Upon learning of the overcharge, I brought it to the immediate attention of front desk (Abby) management and was repeatedly assured that the overcharge was a systemic error during my three night stay. I am currently challenging the overcharge through my bank because regional management failed to fully refund my account.

  The hotel is a home away from home.Rooms are neat and doesn’t have any form of smell.I recommend it for anyone that is within Kentucky to lodge there and the hotel fee is cheaper compared to others.

  Checked in Friday night , michelle at the front desk was fantastic! We got the king suite with a jacuzzi , everything was just revamped! Saturday breakfast was sausage and eggs plus waffles , then we got the pool all to ourselves all day and the jacuzzi by night. Sunday morning was ham and eggs plus waffles. All together this stay was more than we expected and super enjoyable for a weekend get away! This place was just what we needed!

  Stayed here for work a few nights. The rooms are great and the service was always excellent. Tonight in particular the young lady working at the front desk was extremely helpful with every question we had and I really appreciate that. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

  No coffee in dining area. Breakfast was awful. Eggs floating in water so I decided to just have a biscuit with peanut butter. Biscuit was hard. Did I mention no coffee? Room was nice but the toilet was cracked. Fan in the bathroom made noise like it was working but the walls and floor were wet from humidity. We stayed 2 nights. Room was cleaned but coffee was not replenished.
