  Great remodeled rooms that were very clean. The outdoor pool was a bonus which was also very clean. McKennah was welcoming & asked us every time she saw us if we needed anything. I’d definitely stay again!

  The rooms were cozy. A good size for my family of 5. We had turned the air down to 64 but both my husband and I stayed a bit warmer than we hoped. The bathroom door did not latch, which made bathroom visits with kids in the room a bit interesting lol. That is the only reason the room did not get 5 stars. The service was wonderful. From the call to book the room all the way to the final goodbye, the staff was kind, helpful, understanding. When booking the room the lady on the phone was SO nice. She heard we had 3 kids and said she would make sure we had a room with a couch. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Checking in was simple. I confirmed that we would have a room with a couch and went to get my things. When coming back in with my things, the lady at the front desk flagged me down and said that she double checked and saw there was not a couch in the room we were assigned. She told me if I could wait in the lobby for just a moment she was getting me into a new room with the couch and didnt want me to head up until she knew which room. I found that very kind of her and was glad to not have to have drug the kids and my stuff to a room that wouldn't have worked out. She also brought up an extra towel and washcloth for us as well as a blanket for the couch. That night my 5 year old had an accident in the bed. She hasn't had one in almost a year, but Jean, who was working the front desk and breakfast area was SO kind and understanding. She made sure we got all new clean bedding, was very sweet talking with my kids and did not act at all like she was upset or disappointed, stating she has grandkids and understands. She was also working the breakfast area. She ensured everything stayed well stocked and cleaned up. She was on top of things and made sure our needs were met. She was walking around clearing trash for people and making sure everyone had what they need. When we got back later that day we found the room had been taken care of, the wet sheets and comfortor we stripped from the bed were removed and fresh ones were put on the bed. The next morning, Jean was working the breakfast area again and she confirmed with us that the room was okay when we got back the day prior. She also again made sure the breakfast area was clean and stocked, and wished us a safe trip home. The rooms were nice, clean overall and met the needs, but for us, it was the service of the people working there that made the stay extra nice. We would stay here again.

  We were very pleased with our stay here. After having a horrible experience at a nearby hotel and having to leave, we found this one and were not disappointed at all. The young lady at the front was very helpful and kind. We were provided a pack and play for our baby and the breakfast was tasty Most importantly, our room was very CLEAN!

  Had a great experience at Florence Best Western! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Fed from housekeeping—he did an amazing job and really made sure everything was clean and taken care of. Everything is so close. Like you have the airport you have Cincinnati and you can get a good night's sleep in a CLEAN bed!! Anything we need we could count on Fed to take care of us even if it wasn't exactly his job, he made sure we had what we needed. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about making guests feel comfortable. Great job, Fed! We definitely appreciate the hard work! Will come back!!

  I had an excellent experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service was outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Abby for her exceptional customer service. She was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
