  We came here was nice at first was told in the middle of June pool wouldn’t be open which is one of main reasons we pay so much a night. If your biggest Amenities isn’t available the room price should changed on the website or told before checking in that you can’t use it. We didn’t have enough towels in the room knowing on our booking it shows how many people are going to be in there. When the receptionist makes go to see if the room is in decent condition instead and everything works is crazy like why did we pay so much to your job your getting paid to do.Also didn’t have room service for the two day stay. Breakfast wasn’t good, not fresh, or restock as it should be.Not only were told a hold had to placed for a security deposit for the room for damages yet was told it would refund after we check out at some point but told at checkout that it will take a week to 30 depending on the type of card. That’s a lot of money to wait that long to get money back from a hold on a card. When call to complain we were told we wouldn’t get refund because we were having a hard time understanding them and that’s not our faults over the phone but is uncalled for and told by employees that we wouldn’t get a refund back and that he will make sure we wouldn’t. I’m more than disappointed that there wasn’t a manger on duty at all when things like this happens like we just wanted to know why and be explained why we were being lied to next time tell people that so they have option of actually getting there money back since for a hold on card take 3 days to 30 depending on the type of card would’ve been nice to know.

  The elevator didnt even work and the hallways smelled like sewage. They did offer a nice hot tub but just kinda inconvenient

  If I could give zero stars I would. They have made booking and refundable fees impossible via cancellation a month in advance. The manager is never available and the staff has been questionable and rude.
