  We stayed at this property twice this past week on our way to and from a family vacation. Both stays were pleasant experiences. My grandson liked the fish tank in the lobby! Clean hotel, clean rooms, stayed on 2nd and 3rd floors. Booked through Best Western directly. We will stay here again. Very good value for the price we paid.

  I am writing from my hotel room because this is such a fabulous little hotel. Quite the nicest lady desk hostess ever and this room is so clean. I was so happy to enter this sparkling bathroom. Cold and quiet air conditioner and everything works great. A very well cared for property and they are just so nice here! They let these awesome motorcycles park right in front and we could see our car from our window; wonderful parking situation. Will totally return and Bowling Green is a really cool town.

  We just spent one night in the Best Western Plus in Bowling Green on our way from Destin, FL to Cincinnati and this hotel is just perfect. Spacious rooms that are clean and have VERY comfortable beds with nice linens, kind people at the front desk and doing housekeeping, great breakfast for on the road. Our room was near their pool that was being enjoyed by families (but quiet after hours). The lobby and breakfast area is spacious and well designed. We need a pet friendly hotel and this worked well as there are several areas to walk dogs. We were looking for a safe, easy stop for a night on our drive, that was near the highway and this hotel is close to I-65. It is also within walking distance to several restaurants. Several people we met were there with their families for sports tournaments and then to see the area. Thanks for the wonderful Kentucky hospitality! First class!

  Best Western Plus? More like Best Western Minus! On a recent 60-day road trip, we stayed in a lot of Best Western Properties. This was probably the 2nd worst of them. It wasn't horrible, but it doesn't deserve the "Plus" designation. The room smelled of mildew and the condition of the floor makes me suspect that water damage hasn't been appropriately addressed. Likewise, it appears that all repairs and maintenance has been completed by someone doing that kind of work for the first time ever. Staff was polite and woman who was responsible for the breakfast area was super nice and engaged everyone. The next day, we stayed at a "basic" Best Western property in Northport, AL that was easily twice as old, but soooo much nicer.

  We go here every year twice a year. this year I seem to notice some difference in the cleanliness. The room floor was filthy and the sheet was torn. The hotel standard has declined from my point of view. Sorry to see that and hope it was just a bad day but that floor really needs a cleaning!!!!! New sheets are in order also.
