  Parking is not great. Outside doors don't work. Had to use main entrance at all times. Hotel ran out of towels around 8pm. Said they wouldn't have clean towels till next shift came in. When I asked for more the next morning, the lady at the desk wasn't sure if they had 4 clean towels. And we woke up to ants in our room. In the bathroom and in an empty cup that had pop in it. Breakfast was terrible.

  Garbage establishment, disgusting. Holes in the walls. Water in the bathtub won’t shut off. Smells like mildew

  This last stay here provided us with the lack of customer service this establishment has. First off our room was hot the AC wasn't cooling even after being set on 60 degrees, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom and mold around the shower. The window lock was bust, and this wouldn't have been such an issue if we weren't on the first floor. Ants had made a home inside the room and where everywhere. We tried to no avail to get ahold of the general manager but hes too busy to respond. We had previously loved this hotel but the obvious details that they dont care about a single customer issue. I would check the room before getting comfortable if you stay here that wont happen for us again

  I have never written a bad hotel review before, but this one deserves it. After being out all day we return to find there has been NO housekeeping! Beds unmade, used towels on the floor etc. upon calling the desk I was told that since the hotel was so full maid service was only being provided if requested. This was never told to us. So we requested they at least send clean towels, and were told they couldn’t do that either, but we could come down to the desk and get them. Further, the room was musty and the breakfast was mediocre at best!

  The employees are hateful and they don’t know what a mammal is. They were extremely rude to my mom with Alpha Gal. Mocked her and made her cry when she asked if there was anything in the breakfast that didn’t have any mammal products. She had food back in the hotel room so it wasn’t the fact they didn’t have anything it was the way she was treated. We stayed at 2 other hotels the rest of the week and neither of them treated her this way or was as nasty as this hotel. I will never stay at a best western after this. It smelled strong of the fabulouso cleaner which smelt horrible. We found a brown recluse spider in our room. There was Stains all over the curtains. It was a horrible experience the minute we walked in to check in. The check in lady was rude.
