  We reserved a room with two beds, but when we checked in, we were told that only a room with a single king-sized bed was available. We are a family of four with two children, so this was far from an ideal situation. Unfortunately, the staff made no effort to accommodate us or find a suitable alternative. This was a disappointing experience, especially considering that we had reserved a room to meet our family’s needs.

  Worst experience we ever had with any motels. We do multiple stays as we travel multiple times a year. We usually try and stay at best Western but this has made us question motels especially this one.

  update: Service desk did reach out after my previous review and rectified the situation, so kudos to them for the efforts. Zero stars for service. How do you get in touch with these people?! They were supposed to send me a receipt via email which never happened and I have been trying desperately to get in touch with them to rectify this, but none of their listed numbers work, the higher level folks at BW haven’t even been able to help me since I booked through an outside agency. It seems kind of insane to me to run an official business and have not a single listed working contact. I don’t like doing bad reviews but this is an extreme inconvenience that is affecting my job as I can’t get my travel documentation rectified over this one stupid receipt.

  The bright spot was Maghony with her wonderful customer service at front desk. Also, the breakfast service was good. The weekend server very pleasant and friendly. She worked very hard and stayed busy. The rooms need updating with lighter interior. Not a place to stay if you are looking for a get away. I could not stay in the dreary room very long. Bathroom clean.

  The room was clean, cool, and everything worked perfectly. Staff was nice and the building overall was in good shape. The pool was unfortunately closed (looked like filtration issues) and no microwave in the room, but those were pretty minor inconveniences. There's a gas station across the street with good prices and a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. Wifi was fast enough for video calls. Overall one of the better hotels I've stayed at.
