  Everything inside the hotel was awesome! Everything outside - was NASTY! The colony of Cliff Swallows were absolutely disgusting. You had to dodge the birds and bird poop to even get to the front door! I am glad we left when we did as there were more making nests along the roof vents above the room windows. I get that they are federally protected but do something when birds and babies leave for the year. I felt to bad for the staff that were wrapped in trash bags out scrubbing under the front door overhang! Please do something! The Taylors

  I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of empathy, respect, and customer service support, that the front desk agent has given. She is a very disrespectful person and the management had no regard to help the situation/problem whatsoever. I do not recommend staying here to anyone!

  The customer service at this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. After being 4 hours from home Jasmine refused to help me with my debit card situation. Asked her to call a manager and was told she wasn't wasting her time. After being persistent she finally called the manager and the manager gave the ok to charge my card. I was on the phone with my husband when I said "Im going to get the manager a thank you card for helping me when the front desk person would not. Jasmine was mad that her manager over road her and she then insisted I leave or she was calling the cops. I told her I was 4 hrs from home and was informed wasn't her problem I needed to leave. So do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere that actually cares about their guests. 7 Clans is right down the road and the customer service was super! So BW do yourself a favor and get a better front desk person cause Jasmine is horrible!!!

  You saved my trip home after a failure by a particular hotel across from Casey's at the north end of town (with an empty pool and no exterior building locks after dark...), when I booked you last minute on my first morning to wake if a three day trip. Thank you for being reliably decent!!
