  No elevator, room and hallways were very dirty, cheaper then other hotels but personally not worth it, pool was closed even though it was 80 and had been hot for a while, staff was nice, another room had a leaky pipe, when they tried to get a new room was booked up and they couldn't call maintenance on weekends because for some reason they were regular 9-5 instead of on-demand

  Diamond select member here: front desk very friendly but uninformed... asked if rooms had coffee makers, told no..... in fact,they do lol..... rooms: NOT a fan of vinyl floors and metal bed frames. Makes room loud, plus the 2" gap under adjoining door makes neighbors room tv and convos LOUD....... no gift basket upon arrival not even an offer of bottled water...... I receive this at ALL other locations. Overall, I would not stay here for agood night rest, only for proximity to your destination.

  Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The walls were extremely thin, we could hear neighbors snoring all night. The room and beds felt dirty, and the beds made us very itchy, which was really uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

  Disappointing. I booked a room with a tub, but was given one with a shower only. I brought it to the front desk, but was told that there was nothing she could do as I booked through a third party. I told her that I booked on Best Western website. She said I should then bring it to them, and again, there was nothing she could do. I felt I was interacting with a robot, not a real person. All I got from her was her standardized reply, concluding with the point that there was nothing she could do. Will never stay there again, ever.
