  I appreciate the owner for working with me and accommodate my stay and my needs during my stay. She makes me feel welcomed. Whatever you need while you stay here, ask the staff and they will try their best to accommodate your needs.

  I cannot say enough about my experience with the front desk manager Mr. MATTHEW at best western kendallville, IN. The front staff went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and making sure that I had a place to stay. All I can say is best western is now my all time favorite 😍 💯 place to stay and I would recommend it all my friends and family. Thank you very much
