  mattress was too hard, air unit rattled all night ( sounded like shoes banging around in a dryer). Continental breakfast was mediocre at best and coffee was horrible. Otherwise a nice hotel if you like very firm beds. Oh and no USB plug ins for charging. Staff was polite and location worked well for us.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Best Western. As soon as I learned that my flight was delayed, I contacted the hotel well in advance to let them know I would not be arriving as planned. I began notifying them more than 24 hours ahead of time, yet they still charged me for two nights, claiming I had not canceled my reservation. I made every reasonable effort to communicate my situation, which was completely beyond my control. I even left my phone number and requested that the person in charge contact me regarding the charge, but no one ever reached out. The lack of communication and willingness to work with me was extremely disappointing. Instead of showing understanding or flexibility, the hotel chose to enforce a policy without considering the circumstances or the fact that I proactively tried to notify them. Customer service should include compassion and common sense, especially when travel delays are involved. Charging a guest for two nights after they made repeated attempts to communicate with the hotel is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of Best Western, and I will think twice before booking with them again.

  Check in was quick. Room was clean and cool. Prices higher due to nearby popular concert. No shuttle to Sylvan Cellars---apparently every other week. Check directly with venue as hotel staff were not aware of the shuttle. Do not Uber or Lyft to large events as you will be unable to get a return due to the high volume of passengers. FREE Breakfast! Yogurt bar, juices, coffee, ceral, waffle/pancake machine, fruit, pastries, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and scrambled eggs!

  Nice hotel. Staff was nice and got us anything we asked for. Would stay again.
