  The white lady front desk refuses my check because Incedente fee. She is rude,arrogant and senseless. They never refund my 90 dollars. This 90 you can keep it to yourself.

  Clean rooms. Cleaner bathrooms. Excellent service. Very nice and kind workers. Better hotel than the others nearby.

  Really nice people. Excellent beds. TV selection not so hot. Nice little workout room. Stayed in two different rooms. Unfortunately one shower produce much more pressure on water than the other. First floor was awesome second floor not that good. They served a nice continental breakfast. The company I traveled to take a job with paid for everything. So I don't know if it was a great value or not. I would have to think so or at least they gave the company an excellent price due to how many people they put in that hotel. All in all I didn't enjoy my experience staying there

  There’s a lady at the front desk there she is so sweet. The sweetest lady I ever met. I definitely will be coming to her hotel next time I come into town. Please give her a raise.

  Was coming out for Dark Lord Day and had reservations at the Residence Inn down the street, but their manager decided - the day before check-in - not to honor our reservation when the hotel overbooked. So called this Best Western, talked to Alani, and was sold immediately. She's a peach to work with, got us booked (and guaranteed) in short order; real life saver! Hotel itself is completely fine. Pretty standard Best Western, reasonably well maintained and reasonably priced. Solid convenience store for a no-frills hotel, free and easy parking. Only issues really were the shower wasn't great (but got the job done) and the location is tucked away so you can't really walk anywhere. But it was still easy to catch a rideshare into Munster for the festival, so the walkability was ultimately a non-issue. All said, do recommended.
