  I highly recommend that you treat your paying customers with more respect. They are not children. You don’t have to give them a curfew.

  My friend book a room for us here will not saty again roaches everywhere best spending your money else where staff is rude to there own. Employees wached a man fired infront of my room

  Everything was fine until I got harassed for simply being outside my room if your looking to get harassed by crackheads then this is your place to go other than that don’t waste your money going here plenty of better places to stay with better management

  Owner seemed nice, stayed a bit over a week. Didn't receive blankets in our room the entire time. Asked housekeeping to take care of the room when we left and the only thing they did was replace a few towels and pull trash can bags. Walls are paper thin and the rooms are hot, AC only runs intermittent. When we went to book one more night we were told we can't return because a candle was left in the room. They lied and claimed wax was everywhere for some reason? It was a completely used up candle that my wife uses for her asmr videos as a textured item. We're in between homes so all our belongings are with us at the moment we didn't mean to leave it and you have no outward policy or rules stating we couldn't have it before we made a reservation. Especially when we never used it it's literally empty and unusable!!! My wife called me crying because you guys called being very rude and threatening telling her she can't come back also claiming a smoke alarm was tripped!? I find it hilarious you can come to these bullshit conclusions yet can't even provide blankets on the bed! Get your priorities straight. We have no issue finding a new place to spend our money. Thanks for making a stressful endeavor in life even more difficult...
