  Great place!!! Staff was very friendly and personable!!! The room was very nice! And clean!!! The breakfast was above and beyond!!! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back!!! 10 out of 10!!!!

  Overpriced. We were here late May. Shower was gross, floor wasnt cleaned properly in a year, needs to be replaced, mold. The room actually had COBWEBS !!! Hotel or haunted house? Germs multiplying everywhere, table by the front desk hadn't been wiped down, hand sanitizers broken. Maintenance is non existent. Front desk was pleasant. Breakfast was good, we appreciate the nice lady who made breakfasts. We avoid Best Westerns, the Plus is for cobwebs?

  It was very bad. The beds were made like this when we walked in. The lamps and outlets by the beds didn't work at all. The lamp fixture looks like it's really been through it. Some dirty towels. And the 'hot breakfast ' was awful but also likely a health hazard. Anyway, I could happily accept this place as a $50 or less a night hotel but for $160 it is absolutely outrageous. The staff was very friendly and none of this is their fault I'm sure they most definitely need to be paid more and if I were them I wouldn't want to put any effort into this corporate dump for likely a wage that isn't even remotely livable. Best Western, do better.

  For the price this could have/should have been better. I'd made and paid for my reservation a month in advance, but when I called to confirm, my reservation could not be found. I ended up calling the main BW and the booking service to get it confirmed. Room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable bed. Small, basic fitness room. Ample space for dog walking. However, the area was in need of mowing, so I ended up using the nearby hotel's grounds for walking. I arrived at the tail end of breakfast, but the staff still made me an omelet from scratch, which impressed me. The oddest thing to me was that despite looking like a high end hotel, the sound in the hallways carried quite a bit. I could easily hear people down the hall talking. Most places I've stayed had better sound proofing.
