This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Wi-Fi didn’t work for the entire stay — not spotty, just completely nonexistent, and nobody on staff seemed to care or know how to fix it.
When I went to the front desk to ask about it, I got attitude instead of a solution. Rude, dismissive, completely indifferent — like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging me. The “fix” they offered wasn’t a fix at all: they said I could just cancel my reservation. That’s it. That’s the level of customer service here — not “let us make this right,” just “leave then.”
On top of that, this place advertises itself as an airport hotel and offers zero transportation. No shuttle, nothing. So you’re stuck figuring out your own way to and from O’Hare on top of everything else.
Broken amenities, staff who treat guests like an inconvenience, and a front desk that would rather cancel your stay than solve a problem — there is nothing redeeming about this hotel. If you have a reservation here, cancel it now and book literally anywhere else. This is the kind of stay that makes you rethink the entire brand.

Close to public trans, great breakfast, clean rooms, and excellent service.

NO HOTEL SHUTTLE. READ THE REVIEWS. They have a brand new shuttle van sitting in the parking lot but as everyone in the reviews says, they don't offer shuttle service. Room 238. The fire sprinkler is dripping from the ceiling leaving the carpet wet. The light, yes the actual light when you walk in the room was burnt out. Front desk clerk was aggressive and not customer friendly. Internet does work slightly. They are still remodeling as there is construction debris with exposed nails laying up and down the hallways.

The entire hotel strongly smelled of paint, which triggered my husband’s asthma. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the bathroom door kept getting stuck, and we weren’t informed that housekeeping had to be requested in advance. After being out all day, we returned to an uncleaned room, full trash, and no clean towels. We were told to pick up towels ourselves. We were so disappointed that we checked out a day early. We were also charged the deposit twice, though both charges are still pending. Sadly, I will no longer choose Best Western when traveling.

I was at O'Hare when my flight was cancelled. The hotel I just checked out, the hyatt regency was sold out as most flights also canceled. I was lucky to find any hotel that had a vacancy.
I did not have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised.
This BW was very nice. The rooms were fine and even came with a free breakfast. The fitness center was very nice.
I assume it was family members at the check-in desk who were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and reasonably priced. It is a good choice in this area.
