  The hotel appeared clean, but it is a little outdated and could use some upgrades. My main complaint is the noise. If you're a light sleeper, be sure to request a room on the side opposite the freeway. Our room faced the freeway, and there seems to be a bump in the road nearby. Every time a semi-truck passed, it created a loud thundering sound that would wake us up. Our room also did not have blackout shades, so the headlights from freeway traffic and lights from the parking lot kept the room illuminated throughout the night. In addition, there was a blue security light across the freeway that reflected into our room and added even more light. One other disappointment was the breakfast charge. We have stayed at several Best Western hotels during our trip, and this was the first one that charged an additional $15 for breakfast.

  Not the best. It's very out dated it smelled old and you have to ask for them to clean your room no breakfast. Icing on the cake its high and for what I paid for 3 night it should have been better.

  Very accommodating while my husband was at Loyola. Highly recommended this hotel.

  Check in was quick & courteous. Room was clean. There were a few maintenance issues like loose toilet lid, non-working bathroom fan & less than professional caulking around tub (but no mildew or stains). Room had coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge w/ freezer. Hotel had hard water & the fixtures were affected by it. My son like the gym. Pool was covered.

  Loved hospitality and the brunch food was great John and serving staff are amazing. Facility was perfect for our 40th ministry celebration.
