The rooms are SO clean and have an upscale feel. The property is in a very good part of town, very safe, with plenty of yummy Korean restaurants across the street and nearby. Ari at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very new and comfortable and all of the rooms are so well kept. Refrigerator, coffee machine with coffee packets, and microwave are here. As well as the ironing board and spacious closet space for your luggage and things. I chose this when my evening flight got delayed to the next morning no due to a storm. Very happy I picked this hotel. Will definitely return!

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Glenview Chicagoland Inn and Suites in Glenview, Illinois! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with excellent shuttle service that made travel so easy and stress-free. It’s clean, comfortable, and perfect for families or business travelers. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and spotless bathroom. The indoor pool was a big hit, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and satisfying.
The staff truly made our visit special. Special thanks to Harsh at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the night shift. He made my family feel right at home with his friendly personality, great recommendations, and fun sense of humor. Harsh went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed!
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value with great service and amenities. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, especially Harsh and the team, for a memorable stay! 🙌

Very nice place. A bit far from the airport but they do have a shuttle, just be prepared to wait for a while because like I said it's a bit far. But it's nice and clean. The business center is really nice. Overall a nice place.
For the past few years, my family has always stayed at this hotel; we liked it and everything was great. However, more than three weeks ago, my sister came from out of state and we went to rent a room as usual. When we asked about a room, a rather unprofessional young man—who sounded angry and mocking—told us the price. We mentioned that booking online was cheaper, but he said, "Well, this is the price; if you don't like it, go somewhere else." I told my sister, "Let's go somewhere else," and we let it slide. Then, two days ago, I wanted to rent a room again. My wife called to check the nightly rate, and that same young man answered; he told her it was $100 plus tax. My wife asked if he could match the $95 online rate, but he angrily replied, "If you don't like it, get lost and go somewhere else," and hung up on her. Since we were nearby, I went there in person. I approached him in a friendly manner and asked for a room for just one night. He angrily said, "It's $135 plus tax." I told him, "You just told my wife it was $100." He snapped, "If you don't like it, get lost—that's the price—or go look somewhere else." I asked, "Can I speak to your supervisor?" He replied, "I am the supervisor, so get lost, and don't ever come back to this place." By the way, this young man is from India.
Came in Monday rented room till Thursday at rate of $438.50.. upon checking out I was charged additional $438.50. checked with my bank they broke up the 1st payment by allowing $40.00 to go thru bank leaving remaining balance of 398.00. then recharge the card for 438.00. having the account with two pending charges. Asked to speak to manager was told they come in at night call at night was told manager comes in during the day. Moral of the story was charged 900 dollars from my account tying my money until I had to dispute both charges to get an refund. Bad business practice with rude customer service.
