  This is a very large hotel that is spread out across a big space with a courtyard in the middle. Reminded me a bit of a renovated senior center turned hotel with the lay out. The space is outdated, but clean and comfortable. Our shower faucet came off when we tried to use it, but I contacted the front desk and he was able to come up and fix it within 10 minutes. He even offered to give us a different room if we had any other problems. TV was a bit confusing. The guide listed about 46 channels, but nothing worked past 25. The breakfast was surprisely good and had a lot of nice options in a large clean restaurant type dining area. Much better than most places I've stayed. A larger than normal pool with an actual deep end about 8 feet deep. I'm not a gambling fan so the line of slots at the check-in area is a bit of an eyesore, but I'm sure some people find that nice.

  Highly recommend as an AFFORDABLE option. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing (hot and plentiful). The grounds and buildings are “vintage” in a cute way, although the landscaping is a little sad. I thought I might walk to Hy-Vee (grocery store) to pick up something for supper, but there weren’t any sidewalks. The location is tucked out of the way, which I found to be pleasant while not feeling unsafe.

  We love staying here on our road trips. It's so conveniently located and very comfortable and welcoming. Staff here are awesome & so friendly. Beds & rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a really good breakfast as well in a large spacious area with plenty of comfortable booths. There's also a nice coffee shop like 1 min away called Orange Cup which is great. They have various activities in the lobby & a pool, but we haven't used those since when we stay, we are exhausted! My only feedback to improve would be to add a vegan/dairy-free option like almond or soymilk and maybe a plant based yogurt. They could even put a sign in the milk fridge saying to ask if you need vegan milk. They did have apples and an oatmeal packet that are vegan friendly, but an option with a little protein would be awesome.

  This is a solid choice when visiting or passing through Galesburg. It is a large property and seems well maintained, even if some of the furnishing/decor is dated. Pool looks nice and the breakfast area is spacious. Friendly staff.

  I am visiting for a family friendly reunion and enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a variety of breakfast cuisine. I had plenty to eat. The food is served fresh and timely. I had no doubt the food is delish. I thank the staff and the Chefs. I am looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.
