  Needs a deep cleaning. Clean towel on rack was dirty. Had to ask for member water and was given bottles with no labels on them. It definitely is not a "Plus" Best Western.

  We have traveled from Arizona to Idaho and stayed at many hotels on the way. This was the best one, by far, we have stayed at! Clean, customer service and good rooms and beds! I can not say enough!

  We were on a road trip home, called ahead to make sure late check in was okay. Employee who we called said yes they do late check in (02:00). After booking the hotel and driving hours to get there we got inside to discover the same person who said we can do late check in gave our room up even though we made a reservation and per there email confirmation ID was needed to check in. Employee didn’t have anything to say beside we’ll need to talk to the manager, our card we used to hold the room was charged even though we didn’t check in and the other person also put a card on file. This place is an absolute joke of a facility, do not recommend to anyone. We just needed a 4-5 hour rest before continuing on our trip and we had to find another hotel at 03;00 with how long it took. During this process the employee went to the room which we were suppose to be in and had the person they gave our room to come out and was going to have them go and us take a dirty room. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely a joke

  The room was nice, except the bathroom was a little tight. Breakfast was cold eggs and cold potatoes, l didn't care for the sausage, but the waffle was good!

  My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room we stayed in was very clean bathroom was clean. The only problem were the pillows I used four pillows just to get comfortable. These pillows had no cushion it’s like they had pieces in them just to make a pillow to place on bed. My recommendation to the hotel owner is to toss those outdated pillows and buy new ones or sell pillows for $5.00 for visitors at front desk. Other than that the complimentary breakfast was outstanding to the biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, boiled eggs, and so much more thank you to the kitchen staff your amazing.I really enjoyed the breakfast and my stay only problem was the pillows but I made it work. There is a Winco across the street a Mcds, KFC, Taco Bell, and a diner next door. Staff were very kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Idaho.
