  I've stayed here several times and have always had a positive experience. Rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly. My only issue this time is that my AC unit wasn't working very well and struggled to keep the room cool.

  Check in and check out where smooth. Room was clean and huge. Breakfast was well presented. Was recognized as diamond and given waters at check in. Pavan at check out was very friendly.

  Overall good experience. Extremely friendly staff. PS was Extremely helpful and courteous at breakfast. Also the the night shift worker TJ made fresh cookies and was genuinely interested in making our stay wonderful. Minus 1 star for outdated carpets that need replacement but otherwise rooms were relatively clean.

  Room was perfect. Clean,smelled fresh. Breakfast was excellent. Hot and cold foods. One of the nicer ones. Staff was amazing. TJ and Pavans were both friendly, engaging, and very courteous. Highly recommend this hotel and when in area again definitely will stay here again.

  Our room was nice. The Pool too cold to use. Then a scam charge of 20.00 for wash clothes they say was coffee stains. I called and talked to TJ first and told him we didn't drink any coffee in the room. He then said it was brown makeup. My wife dosen't use any brown makeup. The two stains would look diffrent. They wouldn't return a call when they said they would. No one called to ever to tell us of the problem or that we would be charged. Called a second time and got the same stuff and said I didn't like to be scammed. They said they would have to talk to the owner and it would be several hours for a return call. I see they have done this to others and that all responses are just form responses. This is very poor of a Best Western. I will also be contacting Best Western Corporate.
