  DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is rundown and management is really bad. The food they serve at breakfast is stale, old and totally inedible. They actually serve you powdered coffee. Yikes! Beware!

  Where to begin. Giant, nasty, stinking dumpster right in the middle of the parking lot Where you check in to the hotel. The halls in the hotel were musty, smelly, and damp feeling. There were insects and spiderweb in the entry ways and a literal giant spider web with dangling spider in the dead-center of the skywalk (the windows in the Skywalker were all open and filthy). The pool looked like it needed some serious attention and did not look like anything I would feel comfortable swimming in. There were dirty finger prints and smudges all over every single window in the pool area. There were crushed up Froot Loops on the spiral staircase in the pool/ bar area. DOES ANYBODY CLEAN OR GIVE A DAMN? Apparently not. Also, I booked for 2 nights and paid over $400 and am planning on complaining to Expedia because it looks like I am out all of my money. I checked in toy room, laid on the bed for 20 minutes and packed up and found a better hotel. EVERYTHING was grungy and disappointing. Huge letdown as I was on vacation with my girlfriend.

  I give this place a 1star hotel was completely pre paid for and i showed up and got charged an extra 50 dollars the guy at the desk informed id get it back its been 3 business days and have yet to see anything in my bank account feeling a little scammed here beware...

  Immediately noticed how filthy everything is from doors to walls and weird smells everywhere like smoke and mildew. Stains on carpet and sticky stuff on the elevator floors with cobwebs on every staircase and corner. Complementary soaps were tiny as well and rooms were way overpriced for what it is. Restaurant locked doors way early when they close at 10. Walls are extremely thin so we could hear kids and banging. Sink was even super clogged and filled from us just washing our hands. Pool had green stuff on the edges of the inside and everything just made us decide to stay somewhere else. Don’t waste your money here. You can tell this place maybe used to be nice years and years ago but it is so rundown and musty and not worth it. We wanted to pick this place because of the pool and hot tub and sauna but pictures are so misleading.

  The room was clean and not the morning and evening desk staff are friendly. The location is kind of hidden behind a strip mall so if you prefer to be in a more visible location or nearer to a main road keep tag in mind. The layout of the hotel is unusual with a very long skywalk between two separate buildings. Inside you’ll see that it is an old hotel that looks like it was nice when it was new. Everything is dated and the halls are dark, which I understand that the atrium and breakfast area may not be lit when closed but the hallways are also very dark. The atrium area is what you see from the balcony outside your poolside room. Did not try the pool but it appears there is both a hot tub and a pool. You’ll hear all the noise from the atrium in your room. A group of people started playing pool at about 2 am and the pool balls are loud and so were the people. Had to turn on white noise on my phone to try to drown it out. This is no fault of the management of course but that kind of noise is hard to ignore.
