  The staff was wonderful. We were impressed with the quality of the rooms. This hotel is exceptionally maintained and well appointed. They were spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds, cool and quiet. I feel the prices were more than fair.

  I stayed three nights it was the best experience of a hotel I have experienced it was clean comfortable location was amazing quiet didnt feel un safe michael was amazing and check in was super easy coffee was good surprisingly for hotel coffee the. Beds were comfy and the room was very very clean everything worked water pressure was amazing just overall a great experience and shout out to the housekeepers too I do know when I travel to see family this is where I will be staying every time

  Front desk staff Cassandra was extremely helpful and professional due to an IT error booking had, that caused an error in our reservation. Rooms are very nice and the hotel is great all in all. Highly recommended!

  My room and all facilities were extremely clean despite it being an older building. Staff was also very helpful and courteous and went out of their way to greet me in the morning. Breakfast had many great options as well. Bed was also very comfortable. Definitely a great value and didn't see or have any problems.

  Excellent. Super clean, nice area. Rome was great with a little sitting area separate from the bed. Micheal was extremely welcoming- you’d think he was the owner AND the mayor of Gainesville. Haven’t been this comfortable but maybe 5-10% of our “last minute” travel.
