  Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Lobby area is very clean with breakfast area. Nice pool. If you are in the McDonough, GA area please book this Hotel.

  Shamecia and the staff were so nice. The room was very clean. VERY PLEASANT STAY. WE WILL NE BACK.

  Een redelijk hotel voor een stop richting Florida. Receptie personeel is alleen bezig met filmpjes kijken op zijn mobiel. Geen tijd of interesse voor de klanten.

  I would recommend for ppl to stay here very quiet and very nice staff . Only problem That I had was that the person I spoke with messed up the days I had some Of the guest were arguing and cursing outside our room door. The breakfast was delicious but I feel that they don’t need to have the same thing they need to add vegan items to there breakfast menu

  If I could give a 0 stars I would!! June 5, 2026 During the night, at approximately 10:52 PM and again at 12:33 AM, two different groups of strangers were able to enter Room 214 while my children and I were sleeping. This was an extremely frightening and upsetting experience. As a mother traveling with my children, I expect to feel safe and secure in my hotel room. Having unknown individuals enter our room not once, but twice, caused significant distress and left us feeling vulnerable. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was met with an unprofessional response. The employee ( black lady with a bun in her hair ) I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and failed to offer any apology or concern for what had occurred. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the situation, I felt my concerns were ignored. As a result of these incidents, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night because I was fearful that additional people might enter our room. This completely ruined our stay and left me with one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I believe this situation represents a serious safety and security failure and warrants immediate review.
