I stayer here one night to catch my flight. Room was clean and comfortable. The highway and planes are noisy but did not keep me from sleeping. The shuttle to the airport is much appreciated. However, the driver said he could only go to the domestic terminal whereas I had an international flight. Then he said ‘I take care of you, you take care of me’ suggesting a tip if he brought me to the international terminal. I don’t expect that when the shuttle is free. I tipped him my last $2, he was clearly not happy. Neither was I.

Online check-in was easy. The desk clerk, DeAndre, was very professional, courteous and helpful.

The only good thing about this place was the front desk lady. My cousin almost died here.

Until now, there weren’t any places to stay before taking an international flight, but this place is the perfect spot. Didn't return the deposit immediately

I had the most unexpectedly wonderful experience booking here. After a long night filled with horrible allergies at a nearby Airbnb we decided we needed to find an alternative to finally catch some rest and stumbled upon this Best Western (the only place during dragon con with a room left). When I arrived the kindest angel of a human named Lavita greeted me, provided instructions, offered and grabbed me tea to soothe my symptoms, and offered her continued hospitality throughout our stay if we needed anything else and elevated the rest of our trip from then on. Sometimes a stay is great due to a hotel and sometimes it’s the incredible staff like Lavita who is making a difference in people’s lives and this review is so I hope she knows that she is very appreciated. Best Western, Lavita deserves a raise. Thank you.
