  I was worried about staying here because of some of the reviews I had read, but I'm glad I stayed here to find out for myself. I've stayed at BW before, but never a BW Plus hotel, so this was a first. I'm glad I did. Service was good, the room/bathroom were clean, the A/C worked great, and the bed and couch were comfortable. The toilet did constantly run, so that needs to be fixed, but at least it wasn't very noisy. There were also some small pieces of trash on the floor by the elevator. It was there when I checked in during the afternoon and still there when I left at 9 am the following day, so clearly no staff bothered to pick it up, even though room service was already on my floor cleaning rooms. The breakfast of eggs and sausage was good, but breakfast was limited a bit. There is also a waffle maker, but with a line of kids waiting, I skipped it. The oatmeal that is provided is not actual cooked oatmeal, but oatmeal packets. So while you can have breakfast here, other similarly priced hotel chains do offer better breakfast. Even so, I would stay here again.

  I booked and fully paid for a room with two queen beds a full month in advance for my family of four, and this hotel simply did not honor the reservation. Even after I called days before arrival to reconfirm, we arrived after a long drive to find a room with only one bed. No warning, no solution. The front desk gave a quick “apology” and blamed Expedia instead of taking responsibility, even though the hotel had every opportunity to notify me earlier. We had to cancel and scramble to find another hotel late at night at a higher cost. Completely unacceptable. This property clearly does not care that it breached the contract or how it treats its customers. Management needs to address how this hotel handles confirmed reservations and guest communication.

  For the price, it was very nice. Rooms were clean and felt modern. Staff was lovely. Normal checkout is noon vs most hotels being at 11. Would stay here again.

  The hotel was easy to access from the main road, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room itself was well appointed, fresh, and ready for me to have a good night's sleep. Zero complaints. Have no idea why this hotel is listed as two stars, it should be far more.
