  I have been staying here for the past 2 years, the previous review about Broc, the front office manager, is laughable. Broc is one of the nicest, most accommodating front desk employees I have dealt with in my 30 years of traveling the southeast in contract work

  We had stayed in the newer tower section for our stay. I was a little hesitant booking at this hotel due to some of the reviews, but the staff were extremely friendly at the front counter and made the checking in and out as easy as possible. The rooms were average for this price range but were very clean which was our main concern. In my opinion, even though we only experienced the tower section, I would say it deserves a better star category rating. We definitely recommend to others, and I would definitely book here again in the future.

  Recently stayed in the the hotel and did not have a good experience. The room was not clean even after I asked for it to be cleaned. I never used the freezer because it was already dirty. The beds had giant yellow stains and they never cleaned the sheets. The showers and sink barely drained, they never cleaned the toilet. Overall, the rooms were pretty disgusting. Additionally, the gym was insufficient, the pool had a layer of film over it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and there parking was very difficult to navigate in and out. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. Just read the recent reviews. While they may acknowledge their short Cummings, they dont plan to actually do anything about it because its still happening.

  Horrible hotel. They have loud construction across the street there is never anyone at the front desk so you cant get any help when needed not even if you call. Our fridge made noise all night long. We stood one night and changed to a different hotel at a different location. I do not recommend this place. Breakfast is horrible as well its like they recycle one day to another.
