  Amazing hotel. Clean. The front desk is happy and helpful. I have stayed here at least 10 times in 6 months.

  While the rooms are pleasantly updated and the location is alright located next to shopping and gas station right on the corner. The entrance is hideous with overnight truckers parking in unknown lot just before entering. Breakfast is ok with occasional employees feeding themselves at what is offered to guests while you eat. All shower liquids such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner in shower were empty which suggests the room was not properly prepared, checked and inspected before renting the room. Coffee maker is filthy and full of dust on top they never cleaned. Although the room and bathroom itself seemed clean. Drawers in room had not been wiped out and had particles inside the drawer possibly due to the microwave just being above those drawers and people dropping pizza crust and or crumbs into the drawer. Walls are paper thin with zero insulation to block out outside and next room conversations and noise. Very noisy and sounds like kids running back and forth across the walls. Spent two days here, first day was a lot of people for a Saturday night arrival and Sunday morning breakfast. Sunday night was less people however, super noisier Monday morning for Memorial Day Weekend 2026. Upon checking out, they don't want to give you a receipt until your room is inspected. Unheard of. Imagine checking out of hotel and not getting a receipt. Only time this has happened. Susan at customer service was unhelpful deserves an award for Customer NO Service and interfering with our vacation time.

  I can’t say enough how great the staff was, I believe her name was Dianna, she went above and beyond to help me and my family with no hesitation! The rooms were clean and comfortable and she definitely deserves a raise!
