  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and its amazing staff. While the property itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, it was the outstanding customer service that truly blew me away. During our stay, we experienced a stressful medical emergency. The lady at the front desk, Stephanie, was an absolute angel. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and accommodating during a very difficult moment. To help ease our stress, she went completely above and beyond by arranging an early check in. Stephanie’s warmth and quick action turned a scary situation into a manageable one, and we are so grateful for her hospitality. The hotel is great, the rooms are wonderful, but it is the exceptional care from staff like Stephanie that makes this place truly special. We will absolutely be staying here again. Highly, highly recommend!

  No ac in the room and the front desk is refusing to help, won’t let us have a room that does. The ac unit has mold literally all over the outer vents. The solution was send maintenance up and have them working for hours in the room. When I tried to tell the front desk lady with the trashy “Queen” tattoo down her arm, she brushed it off and laughed about it. It would be more convenient to just sleep in the car

  We had a wonderful 1 night stay. The check in was friendly and helpful with lots of information on surrounding area. The room was cold and clean. No loud noises from our location. Breakfast was very accommodating and I even left a tip with the friendly conversation from staff. Thank you 😊
