  The property smells like it's recently been painted. Great fresh look, not the best smell but not the end of the world. Shower got nice and hot but the pressure wasn't great. Breakfast was good not great....all things considered a good location maybe a tad overpriced.

  We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. A special shout-out to Jennifer at the front desk for being exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Her outstanding customer service made our experience even more enjoyable.

  Rooms were dated and someone was smoking in the hotel which stunk up the entire floor we were on. There was no air conditioning in the second room of our suite. There was a fan, but it was loud and only pushed the hot air in the room around. The employees were pleasant and accommodating; however there was some difficulty getting our gift cards applied to our room. The hotel was within a 15 minute drive to the airport. I am a die hard best western fan, but will probably not ever stay at this best western again. I gave this hotel 2 stars because the employees were great and the location was close to the airport, but the issues with the actual hotel and the cost for the room was ridiculous for the state of the hotel.
