  They're very deceptive in there pricing. You find out they tack on $15 per night for parking and then don't even the space to support it (I had to park by the front entrance both nights). Even they had a parking expense to cover (which they don't), it should be embedded in their rate total. What's the point of shopping rates if you're going to end up paying more than a competitor that's rightfully not going to charge for parking. I wouldn't stay here again based on that alone. I don't like being taken advantage of. So if they care anything about repeat customers, they're shooting themselves in the foot in the long run.

  All I will say is that everything that glitters 🪩ain’t gold ⚜️. The pictures are deceiving 👩‍🦯!! Other reviewers were right. The smell of mildew and mold hits you right in the face 🤢😷. I found this place at the last minute. The pictures looked good but in person, it’s a DEFINITE NO! Next time I will take my time into booking like I normally do. I do regret it! I DO NOT recommend. Unless you’re on a budget and you don’t mind inhaling mildew all day and night! Believe the reviews but also try for yourself to teach yourself a lesson!!

  Just a couple of miles from historical downtown, st augustine. Customer service was good and the pool was nice and clean.

  I rarely leave negative feedback, but felt the need here. While we did come last minute and everything BUT the room was satisfactory, I wanted to pass along the negatives of the room itself. There appears to be several recent updates, but the maintenance is severely lacking. The blinds in the front window would never stay open, so we could never get any natural light, the barn door to the bathroom is about to fall from the wall and is creating a cut in the floor, along with being hard to open and close. The wardrobe was close to falling off the wall also. The water pressure was just okay, nothing great, the bed was unbearably uncomfortable and we got little sleep. The room itself could use some extra care from housekeeping along with a deep clean and repainted with anything other than flat paint which adds to the dingy feel. Hopefully this helps improve further guest experiences, but we don't intend to return.
