  This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a central location in Miami. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Ailyn, who always greets guests with a smile and offers assistance whenever needed. I highly recommend staying here whenever I visit Miami.

  Everything was very nice. The rooms were very clean. My only issue is that it smelled like paint. Wet paint, which gave me a headache, and of course, that's going to taint my view on the facilities, but the staff was great and the location was excellent.

  Again, our stay was made happy and comfortable directly because of Ailyn Gonzalez, Office Manager. She is always charming and friendly to all of her guests and attends eagerly to all of your concerns.

  Disappointed no continental breakfast. Room service did not come all week. Minimal parking in front. Mostly in back. Front desk personnel were VERY friendly,

  I stayed at this hotel when I visited from California and it was the best experience I’ve had with a hotel in a long time. The manager Ailyn was very helpful. She made everything smooth for me from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. She knew a lot about the area and gave me a few recommendation's for food and things to do in the area. I would 100% stay at this hotel again because of the service I got.
