  Bien recomendable. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Variado, aceptable y buen desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitacion. Parqueo y Wifi free.

  Good room and housekeeping. But yhe staff at breakfast and reception were completely disengaged. Also, you don't get the $50 deposit back immediately upon check-out—that's strange.

  We are very disappointed with the housekeeping management (Rosalva) during our stay The room we wanted she didn’t not want to clean it that day so we could have it. We did get another room that worked out fine n the ladies cleaning did a good job. Unfortunately, the manager was not able to make her clean all rooms so there were all available for quest to use. Our most concerns is that professionally she should clean all dirty room I feel u should take appropriate action to resolve this issues. We expected better, attention to detail, and customer service. Management should take these concerns seriously and improve the housekeeping standards with costumer services and the way guest complaints are handled!!

  The only thing Good about this hotel is the pool. But this time the pool wasn’t cleaned it was cloudy. We had to switch rooms twice. We rented the two bedroom apt. One room the bed linens was dirty. Hair all over the bed and a dead bug. Also air conditioning works in the living room but the bedrooms barely gets cold air. The sofas were ripped and in bad condition. I’m a diamond member and this is the room they gave me. Front desk was super rude. Smh then the second room one bed was all discombobulated looked like it was gonna fall off the frame, the kitchen stuff was dirty the fridge was dirty. The furniture was old. The room smelled musty. The dinning table didn’t even have four chairs only two chairs and a chair from outside the table was old and dirty. The window panel broken. Basically like a run down motel. Just a bad overall experience. Old and ripped furniture. Not good house keeping.

  I have been coming to this hotel with my children for exactly 28 years. This weekend, I decided to return with my children and their families to spend the weekend together. Unfortunately, we have now decided that this will be our last visit. It truly breaks my heart to see the condition this hotel is in. It was a beautiful place in its time, but sadly, it feels like it has been left behind and forgotten. Everything looks outdated, and there seems to be very little interest or effort from the owners to maintain or improve the property. This is especially disappointing because the location is wonderful, and everything surrounding the hotel deserves something much better. I sincerely hope that someone eventually purchases the property and gives it the renovation and attention it deserves—or that it is closed if there is no intention of bringing it back to a decent standard. Guests should not be expected to pay prices comparable to a newer, well-maintained hotel while staying in a property that has clearly been neglected for years. Please pay attention to the people who have supported this hotel and helped keep it open for so many years. We deserve better, and this property has the potential to be so much more. Thank you.
