  I had a wonderful experience with Michelle at the Charlotte Tilbury counter at Nordstrom Boca Raton. Michelle was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to create a beautiful look. She did an especially fantastic job on my eyes. They were polished, flattering, and really stood out. I appreciated her knowledge of the Charlotte Tilbury line and the care she put into the application. Michelle is talented, personable, and made the experience enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend her if you’re looking for help with Charlotte Tilbury products or a makeup application at Nordstrom Boca Raton.

  Went to book an appointment today. Taylor was shall we say, LESS than helpful. In a time where the economy is outta wack, and at a store like nordstrom, you'd think she'd go above and beyond. Time to look for a new manager.
