  This place was nice. It had a pool and hot tub that was actually open. There was a small gym with dumbbells, exercise bike, treadmill and stair machine. The breakfast wasn't too bad, for being free, but there is a Starbucks right across the street if that's what you prefer. The only reason for 4 stars on the room, is because every time we walked into the room, it smelled like musty air. I wasn't sure if it was just the AC or what it was. The beds were comfortable and fridge worked great! The location is kind of busy right off of I25 and its only a 10 minute drive to Walmart in Longmont. Overall, I would stay here again as they have decent rates.

  As soon as we walked in the door we were greated with a Howdy and a smile. It was very welcoming after long drive from Texas. Esteban was so nice and was thre perfect person to welcome you to the motel. He had great energy and made you feel like a guest he was happy to see. You dont always get that from check in staff. The rooms were amazing and breakfast was great. Loved the yogurt bar have never seen one ever. The breakfast attendant was sweet and kind and would help guest and keep thr breakfast stocked. Overall a great stay i would recommend and I will be coming back.

  Here’s a more polished and heartfelt version of your review: I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for the kindness, hospitality, and exceptional service we received during our stay. After experiencing a truly disastrous stay at our previous hotel, arriving here was a breath of fresh air. A special thank you to Kate, whose warm personality, positive attitude, and willingness to help made all the difference over the last four days. Hearing her cheerful voice each morning and knowing she was always ready to assist genuinely lifted our spirits and turned a stressful situation into a memorable experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the outstanding customer service that truly set this hotel apart. Because of Kate and the wonderful staff, this Best Western will absolutely be our go-to place to stay whenever we’re on this side of the mountains. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome.

  I had a wonderful stay at this Best Western. I am a 7 year Best Western Rewards member, which is to say I'm almost exclusively stay with BW, and this one is top 10 in my book. Miss Kate (front desk) is so nice, respectful, and welcoming it's almost like coming home. I've stayed here 3 times and haven't found a complaint yet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is hot and tasty. Not to mention just outside the dreaded Denver traffic! This is my new favorite hotel in this area, and worth your time if your looking for nice, but still affordable.

  I can't enough good things about this hotel!! We arrived after a long day on the road, and the front desk clerk, E, could see we were tired, and he got us checked in right away. He was very courteous, warm, welcoming and he told us about the promo to get a free snack upon completion of the survey. I liked the "welcome" text I got the day were drove out. It made me feel like I like I was a valued guest at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. The beds were comfy. I appreciated that the maids did not use an overly strong fragrance spray in the room, as that triggers my allergies. Sometimes I'm hesitant to shower in a hotel bathroom because it looks dingy. This one was very clean! I was in a room at the end of the hall and there were no loud noises outside my room late at night, nor early in the morning. The hot tub was a tad too hot, but that's just a personal prefer. The breakfast was very good both mornings!
