  I thought this was a great stay for the price. We stayed one night before a cruise and it was perfect. We got in late tired and hungry but were able to grab a bite at Denny's right next door. We rested, ate breakfast which was included, then took a quick Uber ride to Target for last minute things before checking out. All so convenient. The best part was the front desk staff. All of them were Super nice, helpful and kind. I especially want to give a shout out to Griselda at the front desk who was there by herself checking everyone out with the best attitude while answering questions and going above and beyond to help every single person with whatever they needed in the most efficient way. Awesome Service!!!! Will definitely stay here again.

  A terrible hotel—everything is dirty, it smells bad, and the staff is unfriendly. I didn't like it! I do not recommend it!!!

  Our room was clean and organized. Had issues with a leaking sink faucet under the cabinet and a sticky bathroom door knob (reported). Breakfast was delicious and there was a nice selection of breakfast goods. Hotel was near a major road to the cruise terminal and stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

  I had to come into the area for work and needed a hotel close to the port. I originally had only planned to be in town for a few days, but had my work trip extended a couple times and found Tejah at the front desk to be very helpful and friendly with adjusting my stay. After staying in the hotel for 2 weeks, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. Its clean, the staff is friendly, they have a security guard on duty who keeps an eye on the parking lot, the beds where comfy, and they have a complimentary breakfast. I will stay here again when I return to the area on future work trips.

  Great location if you are leaving from LA Port for your cruise. Ample secured parking. Nice breakfast, pool area was large enough to accommodate our 16 family members to hang out after dinner. The Dennys only a few steps from the front door was one of the best we have ever visited. The Hotel was currently being remodeled. Our room was like new. They were still working in the hallway but we were in and out without even seeing any work being done. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Thanks Juan! The reviews were mixed as usual but we didn't experience any of the negative things that others had put in their reviews. There is a little traffic noise because of the location but we ran our brand new A/C unit with the fan on constant and slept like babies. We will be definitely staying here on the night before our next cruise.
