  Got on a no rent list for “flooding downstairs” when both times they called saying the bottom floor was flooding and had maintenance come to my room to look and they couldn’t find a explanation for it: my wife has had to cancel her card 3 times because they will charge you for another night (sometimes days after u check out) and when confronted all they say is idk “it must not like your card” that came out of Tanisha’s mouth the lady who works the front desk don’t waste your time they got pest that creep into the rooms when it gets hot and they don’t even clean the rooms can’t even count how many mold spots/stains/weird smells it’s just not a good spot folks oh n to top it off the parking lot pumping like fr 😮‍💨 but yet I was in the wrong

  Me and my family really loved it here very clean very polite people staff members everything was really good breakfast was really good we really enjoyed it staying here

  Amazing staff!!!! I met Emerald during my check-in. She was so sweet, kind, and very helpful. She really went out of her way to try to accommodate my unfortunate situation. Krista and Tanisha were also very nice and helpful. All 3 of these ladies were very attentive to the people who were walking up to the front desk. Coffee was always available at the front desk! The breakfast that is included with your stay was really good too! They had a variety of choices to chose from! They offered milk & cereal, yogurt & granola, oatmeal, fruit, wheat & white toast, bagels & cream cheese, MYO waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, peanut butter & jelly, honey, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, zero sugar juices, AND they even offered tortillas to make breakfast burritos! Alyssa was absolutely great maintaining the breakfast area. She was on it! She was constantly stocking, filling, and cleaning the area making it a very pleasant atmosphere. She was very quiet but carried a welcoming, hospitable, friendly personality. I did not get a name for the maintenance worker or the housekeepers but they also deserve a shout-out. I seen the maintenance worker repeatedly blowing dead leaves and debris keeping the hotel and pool area looking clean on the outside. The housekeepers did a good job keeping the rooms clean on the inside. I asked to check out a few of the different room types they offered (vacant of course). Each room I walked into was very clean. Everyone is different and everyone has their own expectations. Some people have very high expectations and will find anything to complain about. Some people are a little more realistic and just want a decent hotel with a decent rate. I usually don't stay in hotels unless I'm on an out of town vacation. I knew what I was looking for when I was searching for the hotel. This hotel met all of my expectations. But I must stress that the staff had a major part in my appreciation of this stay :)

  Very friendly staff rooms are ok the outlets spark when plugging phone charger they need to be replaced they just fall out the outlet.

  Quite place conveniently located off the 99 freeway. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Rates are reasonable.
