  The Best Western Silicon Valley exceed my expectations. This is a motel and an affordable one at that. The service was better than some more expensive hotels I've stayed in. Its not fancy but the location is great, staff is friendly, and it has all the amenities you need.

  The rooms was very clean and easy to book with the front desk. I had been up all night at Stanford Hospital for a procedure my fiancé was having. I was able to sleep comfortably and the breakfast was great, too. I will be back in the future.

  Rooms are outdated, however, comfy bed. Wear slippers or shoes bc carpet looks clean but you never know. Bathroom floors look like it could be cleaned better. Bathroom is small in our king sized bed room. AC is in a weird spot instead of near the bed. For almost $200 a night, this hotel is way overpriced. Pics make it look like it's a newer hotel, but it's old.

  Nice size rooms. Very comfy bed and good shower. Staff are very pleasant. Nice breakfast. There is street noise at the location. Fitness room is very sparse- one treadmill and one elliptical.

  I’ve been an Uber driver for many years, and whether it’s a five-star hotel or the most basic budget hotel, I’ve never had any issues using the restroom after dropping off a guest. This Best Western is the only hotel I’ve ever encountered that refused to let me use it. The front desk staff’s tone and attitude were very rude and unpleasant. （It seems like he might be the general manager. It says so on his name tag. ） This reflects the hotel’s “profit over people” mentality. When a company only cares about money, it essentially treats customers and anyone who interacts with the business as nothing more than cash machines. Under this kind of value system, consumers ultimately end up paying higher and often unpredictable costs. If you ever have a problem during or after your stay, they are unlikely to approach the situation from a human-centered perspective. This is quite concerning. I would think carefully before staying here. In my opinion, the management here is short-sighted and unwise.
