  I had to book a room at the last minute due to an emergency. It was 2 a.m., and I was extremely tired. Unfortunately, the attitude of the front desk staff was terrible. He told me he couldn’t find my reservation, then left me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes while repeatedly blaming me for booking so late. Excuse me? If it hadn’t been an emergency, I obviously wouldn’t have been booking a hotel room at 2 a.m. There was absolutely no compassion or empathy shown during the entire interaction. I was already exhausted and stressed, and the way he communicated with me only made the situation worse. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave. Best Western, please do better and provide your front desk staff with proper customer service training.

  Two floors but no elevator so not so good for seniors or disabled. Otherwise, nice rooms and friendly desk. Full breakfast has good omelets and sausage

  Lo único malo, ni un solo recepcionista hablaba español. Si llegas fuera de hora no encontrarás personal se servicio que te ayude con la traducción. Se resalta la amabilidad de las personas de la limpieza y de quien hace el servicio de mantenimiento, quien hasta te sirve de guía indicándote lugares que visitar.
