  The considerate staff, cleanliness, good breakfast with balanced options, outdoor seating and great coffee make for a great stay and inspire me to seek a Bestwestern for my next trip.

  Stayed for two nights [Sept 05 and Sept 06] Avearge hotel..Just oppoaite to Apple Mathilda campus i. Sunnyvale and charge exhorbitant rates...breakfast area is very crowded, with sometimes guests not behaving appropriate. Rooms have minimum comforts and service staff at front desk tolerable. Nothing great to write, nothing objectionable to comment

  I had to book a room at the last minute due to an emergency. It was 2 a.m., and I was extremely tired. Unfortunately, the attitude of the front desk staff was terrible. He told me he couldn’t find my reservation, then left me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes while repeatedly blaming me for booking so late. Excuse me? If it hadn’t been an emergency, I obviously wouldn’t have been booking a hotel room at 2 a.m. There was absolutely no compassion or empathy shown during the entire interaction. I was already exhausted and stressed, and the way he communicated with me only made the situation worse. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave. Best Western, please do better and provide your front desk staff with proper customer service training.

  Two floors but no elevator so not so good for seniors or disabled. Otherwise, nice rooms and friendly desk. Full breakfast has good omelets and sausage
