  Go elsewhere.. enough said air conditioning room was leaking all night. Had to cover up with towels. Tried reaching out to hotel staff for a refund/resolution. Completely ignored me

  They need to figure out their breakfast situation. Making omelets is great but not when you have to wait 10 mins and nowhere to sit. They don’t allow you take food back to your room and it feels very cheapy to regulate that and to show a ticket to get breakfast. The hotel was fine overall but not happy with the breakfast situation.

  My co-worker and I travel alot for work and rarely stay in one place for long, and this time we happened to stay here for a week. The staff were always nice to us, breakfast was always filling, housekeeping kept our room taken care of, and the front desk were always willing to let me borrow a cozy corner of their lobby to work and mess around on my laptop and just be an overall hermit afterhours. We didn’t expect to stay as long as we did, but I’m glad it was here. Thanks so much for your hospitality, would very much swing by here again next time work sends us to Cali. -the hermit in the lobby 😆

  My mom and I had to stay here in March while we were having work done at out house due to a leak. The location is great (convenient to restaurants and a shopping center), the full continental breakfast is satisfying, and the front desk staff pleasant and accommodating, the rooms themselves feel old and dated. The “kitchenette” in my mom’s suite amounts to basically an additional sink next to the standard minifridge and microwave. My biggest problem was with the cleaning staff. For some reason they took my mom’s room off the schedule at one point (even though she took her do not disturb sign off the door), so she had to complain to the front desk. From that point on, it seemed like certain members of the cleaning staff had a vendetta against my mom, giving us dirty looks as they passed us outside, sometimes not leaving enough towels, and at one point falsely accusing my mom of having a dog in the room. Overall, this hotel will do if you need a place to sleep, just know what you’re getting and hopefully the cleaning staff doesn’t develop a grudge against you for no discernible reason.
