This place is disgusting! We noticed a funky oder in the room as soon as we walked in. The bedspread was either stained, or dirty. Either way, that is disgusting, and nobody wants that! There was a dead, squished bug on one of the walls, and a spider in a web in the shower. There was a pool of condensation in their little refrigerator. The grounds at this place are just filthy! We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast. If they allow their rooms and grounds to be disgusting, I can just imagine the kitchen. We have stayed at better motel 6's.

It advised as pet friendly but there was no place to take our dog to do her business. The desk guy said walk her up and down the sidewalk.
The room was clean.we have stayed at a few Best Westerns and this place needs the company to take care of it

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE !!!! BEWARE. COCROACHES EVERYWHERE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE 2- 3 INCHES HUGE AND UGLY !!!!! WE HAVE TRAVELED FROM A LONG FLIGHT 18 HOURS FLIGHT.
WHEN I OPENED MY BED WANTED TO SLEEP MY BED WAS FULL OF CURLY LONG WOMAN HAIR !!!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CHANGE SHEETS !!!!!! MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CALL ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.... HE NEVER DID. MR. VI. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL !!!!! PARKING IS SOOOOOOOO TIGGT AND SOO DISCUSSTINGLY DIRTY !!!! THEY NEED TO DO PEST CONTROL !!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! I would give it a -1 review if they had that.
My client was denied check-in for an 11-night stay because he was unable to provide the required $100 incidental deposit, even though the company had already prepaid the room in full for the entire stay.
When I called to try to resolve the situation, I spoke with an assistant manager who refused to give me his name and also refused to tell me the name of the general manager. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and simply told me to cancel the reservation instead of offering any assistance.
I am a travel agent who books approximately 20 hotel rooms each week for my clients, and this is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel refusing to work with us to find a reasonable solution in a situation like this. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property due to its poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
We were very disappointed to say the least. Instead of Best Western, they should change the name to ( bad Western.)
The room was nice and the beds are comfortable. I found the customer service to be way under par.
The breakfast was completely awful, first thing in the morning the eggs and bacon were overcooked like they were used from the night before. I had to ask for plates while the lady caring for the breakfast area was sitting at a table on her cell phone. I found everyone's attitude to be completely blase, like they could care less about the customers. Both the juice machine and the waffle machine were out of order. And I didn't get the sense that this was a new situation. The pool is beautiful and very well cared for, but doesn't open up until after 10:00 and they kick you out right at 8:00. Those hours for someone on vacation is completely ridiculous. It is a great location and most people would find this place adequate for the price. But over $200 a night isn't exactly a steel. Next time we're going to the Hampton Inn! I decided to confront the manager regarding the unbelievable parking situation. Large construction vehicles with long trailers are parked helter skelter , not even within their parking spot , taking up several spots. He told me that the problem is because the parking is free. That did not make sense to me. I took it that he Meant, I shouldn't complain because it's free. That evening he came at exactly eight o'clock , which is extremely early for people that are on vacation. He barked out that everyone needs to get out of the pool immediately the pool is closed! I asked, why so early? He replied it's posed on the sign, time to get out! He was very intimidating. Ushering us out and locking the gate with a padlock. I didn't feel like I was on vacation. I felt like I was in prison. And he was my prison guard. I don't know who on earth would want to put up with this kind of treatment , but it's certainly not me. If I were you, avoid this place. You have been warmed.
