  WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I stayed for 3 nights but I honestly should have left the very first night. Service is horrible, Location is horrible, and it is very noisy. You’re better off with staying at any Pismo hotel for the same price.. The only good thing about this place is the free parking.

  Truck Stop and Service Truck Motel! When I got back from a meeting and dinner there was an 18-Wheeler parked behind my room with a RUNNING refrigeration unit on it. When I called to object, they said they would be more than happy to move me to a room on the other side of the motel. AT 11:00 AT NIGHT! That’s when I figured out that the regular TRUCKER is more important than the regular business customer. AND to further prove my point the parking lot was filled with Service Trucks, the big pick-ups with the side tool compartments. Most of them were backed into their parking spaces in front of their rooms so that when they left for work at 5:30AM, they would wake up most people on the bottom floor. AND these service truck are so wide that you can’t park between them and still get out of your car. LAST But Not Least, check out the attached picture of the 18-Wheeler and pay attention to the automated response this review receives. You would think a company like Best Western would pay a little more attention to the big picture…

  I was going to stay at this place, but they have a huge U.S. Flag on massive pole out front that can be seen from a mile away, and although impressive from a distance, up close it is really weathered and tattered on the edges making the entire place look cheap and run down too. What a utter disgrace! But, there is a way better different place right up the street with a visibly newer building and a smaller flag, but their flag is in perfect respectful shape so they got my business, and will from now on, and from all my business associates, friends, and family too!

  The reason I gave a three star total. It’s because the spa is broken and I was not told ahead of time. I checked in for three nights planning on using the spa all three nights. I could’ve stayed at a different hotel or even a cheaper hotel but I chose this one because it had a pool and a spa. I was also traveling alone and stayed at the hotel for three nights. I advised the front desk that I wasn’t going to need any maid service during my time and they never told me I needed to do anything and I went to breakfast one morning leaving my wallet person a lot of other things out in my room and when I left the front, my door was wide open. My room had been put on her list to clean on my second day of stay they skipped my room on the first day of stay but decided to go into it on the second day. Also, if you’re allergic to cats, they feed cats by their front entrance store not something I wanted at the front door of a hotel when I’m going in that also took down a star.
