  Very comfortable room, the most amazing breakfast option and location. I highly recommend this place. My only observation is perhaps the spiderweb along some corner in the halls and the flooring on the halls that don’t look too brushed or cleaned but other than that is great

  I don't understand why the reviews are under 4.0. This should be like a 4.5. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Price is cheap. Breakfast is well staffed and easy to get. Pool is clean. Honestly people are too hard on value areas.

  The Best Western Capistrano is in an ideal location for making visits to the San Juan Capistrano Mission, Dana Point, Newport Beach, San Clemente, and many other coastal attractions. They are in the process of updating their room interiors and I had the opportunity to enjoy one of their recently updated rooms. They have a very contemporary appearance, with great lighting, tasteful furniture, and well-appointed decor. I'm appreciative of the ample number of electrical outlets and USB Ports provided as well as the wide variety of media options provided on their new televisions, including many well-known streaming services. You'll also find the in-room amenities, such as the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, etc. to all be of good quality and well-maintained. I prefer my room to be on the cooler side, and the air-conditioning did NOT disappoint whatsoever :) I encourage you to book a stay soon and enjoy the value that comes when traveling with Best Western!
